These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites www.enjoyhiddenlake.com and www.whatissmashclub.com (collectively, the “Websites”), as well as your interactions with Hidden Lake Grill and Distillery (“Hidden Lake,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing the Websites, purchasing products, attending events, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use the Websites only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the Websites
   
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
   
• Use the Websites for fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes
   

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Websites at our discretion.

All content on the Websites—including but not limited to logos, trademarks, menus, images, photographs, graphics, text, and design elements—is owned by Table 62, LLC or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Website content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Customer reposting, sharing, and social media tagging permissions are granted unless otherwise stated.

We accept approved payment methods as made available at the time of purchase.

• All food sales are final.
   
• Alcohol purchases are non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   

Merchandise purchases are subject to any posted policies at the time of sale.

• Gift cards do not expire
   
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law
   
• Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced
   

Prices, menus, offerings, taxes, and applicable fees are subject to change without notice.

Hidden Lake may host ticketed and non-ticketed events, including distillery tastings and private functions.

• Event-specific policies govern refunds, transfers, cancellations, and private function terms and will control over these general Terms where applicable
   
• ID verification is required for all events involving alcohol
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests for intoxication, misconduct, or safety concerns
   

Outdoor or special events may be subject to weather, force majeure, or operational changes.

Alcohol is served only in compliance with Montana law. By purchasing or consuming alcohol at Hidden Lake, you agree to do so responsibly.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual, including but not limited to cases involving intoxication, lack of valid identification, or safety concerns.

The Smash Club is an exclusive membership club offered by Hidden Lake.

• Membership benefits are non-transferable
   
• Memberships are not eligible for prorated discounts or refunds
   
• Benefits, availability, and terms may be modified or discontinued at any time
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse, policy violations, or operational reasons.

Hidden Lake operates a commercial kitchen that handles common food allergens. We cannot guarantee a kitchen environment free of allergens.

Guests are responsible for notifying staff of allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering. Consumption of food and beverages is at the guest’s own risk.

You may submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content through social media or third-party platforms. By doing so, you grant Hidden Lake a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost or share such content for promotional or informational purposes, unless otherwise requested.

Your use of the Websites is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review those documents for details regarding data collection and use.

The Websites and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability of content or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Table 62, LLC and Hidden Lake Grill and Distillery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Websites, participation in events, or consumption of food or beverages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Table 62, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Websites with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
